Influenza is a contagious viral disease that affects the respiratory system. It can be mild or severe, and sometimes life-threatening². 

Hepatitis A is a contagious liver infection caused by the hepatitis A virus. It spreads through contact with infected people or contaminated food and drinks. If untreated, it can cause liver damage or even death³.

Meningococcal meningitis causes brain and spinal cord swelling and can lead to bloodstream infections⁴. Survivors may experience long-term issues like deafness, brain damage, or nerve problems⁵. 

Pneumonia** is an acute lung infection spread through saliva, mucus, and droplets. It inflames the air sacs (alveoli) and fills them with pus and fluid, causing breathing difficulties, reducing oxygen levels, and potentially becoming life-threatening⁶. 

Chickenpox is an extremely infectious disease caused by the varicella-zoster virus. It mostly affects young children and causes an itchy, blister-like rash that spreads across the body ^8,9. 

Mumps is a contagious viral infection that affects the salivary glands and causes puffy cheeks and a swollen, tender jaw¹⁰. 

Measles is a highly contagious viral disease that affects the respiratory tract and spreads through the body, causing severe complications like blindness, encephalitis, pneumonia, and even death¹¹.

Rubella is an airborne viral infection spread through respiratory droplets that can cause mild to severe illnesses, including brain infections and bleeding disorders¹².

Diphtheria is a serious infection caused by Corynebacterium diphtheriae that affects the upper respiratory tract and skin. It can cause breathing and swallowing issues and, in severe cases, harm the heart, kidneys, and nerves¹³.

Tetanus is a serious disease caused by Clostridium tetani bacteria, which enter the body through cuts or wounds. It causes painful muscle contractions, especially in the jaw and neck¹⁴.

Pertussis is a highly contagious respiratory infection that starts like a cold but causes a persistent cough lasting weeks or months¹⁵. 

Haemophilus Influenzae Type b is a bacterium spread by coughing or sneezing. It mainly affects children and causes mild ear infections or serious illnesses like pneumonia, meningitis, and bloodstream infections¹⁷. 

Poliomyelitis is a contagious viral disease that spreads through contaminated food, water, or direct contact with infected people. It can cause meningitis, paralysis, disability, or even death¹⁹. 

Hepatitis B is a contagious liver infection that spreads through contact with infected blood and bodily fluids. It can cause liver inflammation and lead to liver cancer or even death²⁰.
